Welcome to Arbor Crafters LLC. By purchasing products or services from Arbor Crafters LLC, you, the client, agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Work Disclaimer

All products and services provided by Arbor Crafters LLC are custom-designed, made-to-order items tailored specifically to the customer’s request. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Arbor Crafters LLC maintains a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy. Once a product has been delivered, accepted, or used by the customer, no refund or exchange will be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) dissatisfaction with design, size, finish, or function.

3. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and begin any project. Deposits cover the cost of materials, scheduling, and reserving production time in our workshop. Once a deposit has been paid, it is not transferable or refundable, regardless of cancellation or changes made by the customer.

4. Lead Times and Delivery

Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order and may vary based on project complexity and current workload. We strive to meet all quoted deadlines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by suppliers, weather, or other factors beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for: Providing accurate measurements, descriptions, and expectations for custom work. Inspecting and accepting products upon delivery. Ensuring the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive large or delicate items.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to an order must be requested in writing and approved by Arbor Crafters LLC. Any additional work or materials will be subject to a revised quote. Cancellation of a project after work has begun will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional charges for work completed up to that point.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arbor Crafters LLC is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Any modifications or misuse of our work voids any implied warranties.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, mockups, and related materials are the property of Arbor Crafters LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
